Women For RestoreBranch Questionnaires
A ready-made questionnaire for your branch
Find out what matters to members in your area. Request one and I'll set it up for your branch, ready to share with members.
What it is
A ready-made questionnaire any Restore Britain branch can use to find out what members think about issues in their local area, as well as national ones.
- Local issues in your branch area
- National issues and priorities
- Set up for you with your branch name and logo
- Printable, with a QR code so members can also fill it in online
How it works
- Request it using the button on this page. Tell me your branch name and the branch email address the results should go to.
- I'll set it up with your branch's name and logo.
- I'll email it to you as a printable questionnaire. Members can fill in a paper copy, or scan the QR code on it to fill it in online.
- Read the results. Online answers are sent to your branch email, and paper copies come back to your branch. None of them go to Women For Restore.
Your branch owns the answers
Responses go only to your branch email. Women For Restore doesn't see or keep any of them.
Because the answers belong to your branch, look after them: tell members at the start what the answers will be used for, only share results with people who need them, and delete responses once you've finished with them.
