Why I started Women For Restore
Our safety isn't negotiable anymore.
Ignoring us was a big mistake.
My story
I grew up in a different Britain, where streets felt safe, communities knew each other and the country looked after its own, and over the years I've watched that drastically change. And not for the better.
My own life has shaped what I believe. I know from personal experience what it's like when the people and systems meant to protect you don't, how experiences can change your life, and how hard it is to get justice or to even be listened to. It's a big part of why I do this.
Politically, I'd never found a home before. Every other party made promises on crime, immigration and women's safety and then looked the other way, and the rape gang scandal is the clearest example of that: girls ignored for decades by police, councils and politicians, while those in power worried more about how it looked, or about being labelled.
Well, they can call me whatever they like, because as a great man once said, I. Don't. Care.
So when Restore Britain launched in February 2026, it was the first party that truly resonated with me. It says plainly what others won't, its policies on borders, policing, justice and single-sex spaces would make a real difference to women's lives, and it's the only party I believe will actually deliver.
A couple of weeks later I started Women For Restore. I'm not a career politician and I had never been involved in politics before. I'm just a mum who is worried and scared, and who wants a future for her children, and for all our generations to come, that looks very different from where this country is heading. I was tired of seeing women's safety sacrificed for diversity, and tired of waiting for someone else to ask the hard questions.
Today I champion Restore Britain's policies, send Freedom of Information requests, publish monthly crime data, have written policy proposals and put together local safety packs and events for communities across the country, as well as helping women and communities in whatever way I can, so that other women know someone is listening and that there is finally a party that will put us first…
Restore Britain.
